Payment
Orion Defence accepts online payments with the following credit cards:
Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is
shipped or otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

Amount reserved
When using a payment card, debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the
amount traded for. This amount is reserved until the web shop has processed and
shipped your order. When the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn
from the account.
The reservation time depends on the product/service.

Debit card authorization
When using a Debit Card, you will be able to see that money is reserved on your
account and your available amount will therefore appear to be less.
If you or the web shop cancels the order, then the web shop will not be able to
withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the
reservation amount on your account for some time.
Note, that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such reservation.

Credit Card authorization
The money will be withdrawn from your account when the web shop processes
and withdraws the payment from your order. The transaction will now appear in
your bank overview.
All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark - Kroner (DKK), Euro (EUR)
Orion Defence uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with
SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third
parties.
Orion Defence's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery and Shipment
The delivery time for your order is 2-5 days.
If you order a product that is not instock and need to be produced. Delivery
time can be up to 30days.
Orion Defence uses GLS - Privat, GLS - Pakkeshop for shipment of your ordered
items.
Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.
You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or
the nearest package shop.
You will receive a Track and Trace-numer upon shipment, which allows you to track
the shipment at all times.

International Orders
Orion Defence is able to ship to all EU countries. We currently only ship outside
the European Union to the following countries:
Norway, Australia and New Zealand.

Currenctly the web-shop is only open for Danish customers.

International export/import restrictions
Some products may be regulated by law in Denmark or by law in your country.
Please research if there are any import restrictions or restrictions of usage, in
your country, of a specific product you wish to order.
Orion Defence will take no responsibility for any restrictions of import in your
country and will cancel orders that goes against Danish or European law.
Customs, Duties and taxes
Orion Defence is not responsible for any fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.). imposed after
your order has been shipped. You are responsible for researching any import fees
that may be applied in your country.
Orders to EU countries will include Danish VAT (MOMS) of 25%.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if there are any inconsistencies in
addresses and shipping charges due to a wrong calculation of shipping in our
shipping system.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
Orion Defence offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website
unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself. Return shipping need to be delivered directly
to Orion Defence. Orion Defence will not pick up packages delivered to package
shops.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the
delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of
the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us
an e-mail om sale@orion-defence.eu. In your message, clearly make us aware,
that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item you have returned
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of
the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the
nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were
shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered
used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled,
you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up
to Orion Defence to evaluate the item's condition.

Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The
warranty applies to all errors in materials and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Orion Defence in a
reasonable time after the goods have been received.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or
unusually.
Orion Defence covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery
system.

Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal
information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can
delete your information at any time.
In order for you to buy products from Orion Defence, we will need the following
information from you:

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of
delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Orion Defence, and stored for five
years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always
happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly
what information is being collected and why.
The director and employees for Orion Defence have access to the information
recorded about you.
The data manager in Orion Defence is: Mogens Beck.
We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with Orion Defence, you always have the right to object to the
registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about
you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and in connection with
this, please contact info@orion-defence.eu.

Cookies
On Orion-defence.eu, cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website,
and its functionality, making the visit as easy as possible for you.
You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, see the instructions on
Webshop Cookies and Privacy Policy.

Log Statistics
We use log statistics at Orion-defence.eu,
which means, we have a statistics system, that gathers information, that can
supply us with a statistical indication of, how many visitors the site has, where
they are from, and on which landing page they leave the site and more.
The Log statistic is only used with the purpose to improve Orion Defence's
website.

Right to complain
In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact our
Customer Service.
You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish
Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg,
Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.
It is prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service you want to
complain about cost at least DKK 1,100 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For
complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The
amount limits can be changes. You must pay a fee to have the complaint
processed.
You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when
submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer
residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the
